Mrs. Angel Calnin

I was born in Berrien Springs, Michigan.  I grew up in a strong conservative Christian family.  My parents were married for 43 years before my father passed away in 1999.  I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters.  I graduated from Greenville Senior High in 1993.  I have had a desire to serve the Lord and teach ever since I am able to remember.  My favorite pass-times are going to the beach and taking photographs.

I have my B.A. from Adrian College and my M.Ed from Grand Valley State University.  I am State of Michigan certified in K-8, English, Family Life Studies and Early Childhood with training in Special Education.  Upon arriving to the St. Michael staff in 2008, I had a total of 10+ years of experience teaching in a variety of settings, Preschool thru Adult.

My family and I are members of St. Michael Lutheran Church and my children attend school here at St. Michael Lutheran School.  My husband and I have been married since June 1997.  We enjoy time together as a family, especially playing board games and going to the beach.  My family and I are blessed to a part of the St. Michael Lutheran Church and School family.
